At TGW Shop, we want you to shop with confidence. While we aim to deliver only the best, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our policy below.

✅ Change of Mind Returns (Australia Only)

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for change-of-mind purchases.
  • Conditions:
    ✔ Items must be in their original condition & packaging, ready for their next home.
    Opened or Used Items: If returned not in resaleable condition, a restocking fee of 15% (or minimum $15) may apply to cover handling costs.
    Clearance Items: No change-of-mind returns on products marked as Clearance.
  • 🚚 Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

🛑 99% of Customers Do Not Incur a Restocking Fee!
We understand that minor cosmetic damage to the box during shipping is normal and does not affect your return eligibility. The restocking fee only applies if the product is used, missing parts, or not in resaleable condition.

🛠️ Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or store credit if your item is:

  • Faulty or defective
  • Damaged on arrival
  • Incorrect or not as described

In these cases, TGW Shop covers all return shipping costs.

📌 Holiday & Promotional Periods

During Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Clearance Sales:

  • Change-of-mind returns are still accepted but subject to a $20 return charge.
  • A restocking fee (min. $15) may apply if items are not in resaleable condition.
  • Only store credit will be issued for change-of-mind returns during these periods.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are covered under our standard policy.

🌍 International Customers (Excluding Australia)

  • 📦 Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for replacement.
  • ❌ No change-of-mind returns are available for international customers.

📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@tgw-media.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of a refund, replacement, or store credit.

💳 Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Afterpay, etc.).
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
